For the past three years MKT has donated to "Bikes for Kids" holiday campaign. The program was started by one of our customers in Cleveland, which collected seven bikes the first year. As support from vendors and customers has grown the program now donates over 200 bikes a year to kids in need.

This year MKT founder Mike and his three sons traveled to Richmond  to participate in the bike assembly. There were about 20 volunteers and along with their families help were able to build the bikes in just four hours.

The 305 bicycles, helmets and locks, were donated to several organizations: 97 bicycles to Richmond PAL, 95 bicycles to Toys for Tots, 52 bikes to Rich City Rides in Richmond, and 60 bikes to Toys for Tots in Tucson AZ.

It is great to be able to help those in need and we had a great time doing it.
